How To Treat Swelling And Bruising Around The Nipple After An Injury?
I play softball and yesterday at my game the pitchers pitch struck me in my left breast, my nipple is swollen and hard and the area around the nipple is bruising it hurts deep also to the point I can t touch it, lay on it, put a bra on. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be soft tissue injury and this can be treated with "Tab ibuprofen 400mg three times in day and this is nothing to worry but you need to be very patience because this may take some time to come around, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
