General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Your history is suggestive of an abscess on nose and have blood culture positive for bacterial infection. The treatment is obvious in such cases:
- Get started on a broad spectrum antibiotic which needs a valid prescription
- Anti-inflammatory with painkiller function like Ibuprofen if it suits you
- Do not press or pop on the abscess
- If required an incision and drainage surgery
- Consult an ENT surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, prescription based treatment and surgery if required

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
