How To Treat Stomach Pain?

i am 18years old !! i have stomach pain in my lower side !!! i checked doctor near by house !!! she said i have hiranya !!! she told me to be in hospital and check it and do the operation !!!!!! but now i am having college !!! so i can do that 1year later any problem is there if do late !!!
