Anti-depressant medicine is okay but for bloating and constipation no need to give any medicine unless it is clinically diagnosed some pathology that causes the bloating, Bloating is not the precise for the condition but it can be used for dyspepsia, digestive dysfunction, or indigestion, abdomen discomfort, all of these could be possible in case of infection. hope this information helps.
