How To Treat Small Lump On Left Side Of Neck?

hello my daughters boyfriend is 15 and has just showed me a small lump on the left side of his neck when u touch it you can move. I remember when I was a teenager having a similar lump in my neck and my doctor said it was fom dandruff which I never had you help?

Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having enlarge lymph node in side of neck.
It shows that he might be having some infection surrounding area like ear, scalp etc.
Any infection in scalp may lead to enlarge lymph node.
consult his doctor and get examined.
