Hi Dear,

Welcome to Health Care Magic Team.

Understanding your concern.

As your describe in your query that you have dark patches on your face , actually they are sun spots ,which occur due to over exposure to the sun rays or we can say over exposure to the UV rays of sun .Basically excessive collection of melanin pigment under skin cause these dark patches.

I would suggest you to avoid exposure to sun , cover your face while going outside .You should use creams with SPF(sun protection factor ) to protect your skin from UV rays like TANCARE . You should add lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits to yous diet , drink lots of water . You can also take vitamine C tablets . You can use CELLEX-C (vit C serum) because its good for oily skin .

Oily skin is very common problem . I would suggest you to wash your face twice a day with mild soap ( because harder soaps can further increase oil on skin ) and warm water not hot water .Diet which i have already mention above will also be helpful .Use of good astringent can also decrease oilyness of skin .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
