hi doc, i wants to ask for my brother s pin pricking chest pain.since two months he is having this pain and it is on and off in nature.two months before he fainted once.today again he had the same pain and it persists even after a sound sleep.he is having numbness of left arm and a nerve pain from ear to neck.his bp is 130/80 mmhg and his cholesterol is within normal limit.he is non alcoholic and non smoker.
