Hello,

Dislocations often go back into place on their own. However, At present, I would advise you to use a sling. for 4 weeks. Take Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for your pain. After 4 weeks, you should start some shoulder physiotherapy before returning to normal. The bruising will come down on its own.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
