How To Treat Severe Neck Pain While Having Cervical Spondylitis?

Hi, the pain was there from last 30 days due to cervical spondylitis. Firstly neuro physician prescribed some medicines and for physiotherapy. Attended physiotherapy sessions for more than 20 times, undergone needle therapy treatment, with manipulation. There was no improvement. When consulted other ortho surgeon, and he found uric acid level is high through blood test, confirmed that if uric acid levels are controlled, then only pain will be reduced. Any other advice to reduce pain? Please suggest

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, now the NSAID is the only option remained if this fails to work then surgery can be thought it is advisable to try the NSAID along with physiotherapy and discus about the surgery if ever need to be needed in future hope this information helps.
