How To Treat Severe Knee Pain Caused Due To Injury?

Earlier today I hit my knee on the table really hard. I had tees immediately and after a few minutes it got better. When I got up to walk I could barely walk. Bending my leg is very painful. However if I stand still with it straight it feels bearable.

Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Based on your description I think you could be having a ligament or meniscus injury or tear, or a hair line fracture. I advise you to take rest and take pain killers like diclofenac. If the pain doesn't subside or if there is any swelling then consult your doctor and get xray done to rule out any underlying pathology.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
