Hello
May be due to ,
1 Rheumatoid arthritis , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for Rheumatic factor and E S R ( if very high suggestive ) .
2 The second reason of such pain may be due to gouty arthritis , get in blood for uric acid examination .
3 The next reason may be osteoarthritis so consult an orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion.
However sometimes decrease in calcium level may be responsible for such type of pain , so the best way is to consult an Orthopedic surgeon .
Good luck.
