How To Treat Severe Headache And Neck Pain Caused Due To A Head Injury?

Today I was doing something very irresponsible and my friend fell onto me and i hit my head and neck on the tile. I felt like i couldn t move and lied on the ground for about ten minutes scared to move. When i did get up I had a huge headache and it hurt to turn my head. About 15 minutes later my friend was telling me how my face was twitching. It about 6 hours after the incident and my neck is still hurting. Do you think i have a serious injury?

Hello dear user of HCM!
I really understand your concerns!

It's obvious that everything is happening to you is due to head trauma. We don't know if there is any serious injury unless we don't have the results of examinations.

As we talk about head trauma the best thing that must be done in this cases is a Head Scan or MRI.

So please don't underestimate the injuries even you might not have any problem.
Go to your nearest ER and go through head CT-scan.

I hope everything is going fine.
I wish you a good health!
Dr Eriol.
