How To Treat Severe Cold With Stuffy Nose,dizzy And Shaky?

Hi I have had a cold for 8 days now and getting progressively worse. Went to Dr and they said its viral and has to take its course. I am super congested and cannot breath. Nose is runny and stuffy. I just blew my nose real hard and felt dizzy and shaky but since I am in bed I didn t fall.... what did I just do???

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having viral infection but as 8 days passed, there might be possibility of having bacterial infection as well.
Take some decongestant, analgesic medicine for 2-3 days.
Take one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
