Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Any scar marks anywhere on the bady takes time to settle down. Some remain throughout life. Scar is actually the new skin which grown after the old skin was damaged. Therefore, restoration of the color of the new skin to match the old skin may not be possible. I suggest you to apply virgin coconut oil to the affected part daily. There will be some relief. But I also remind, the change may not be even 50%. Please bear with it. Understand it and learn to live with it.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
