Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
These symptoms of runny nose and sinus infection indicate upper respiratory tract infection.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Decongestants and mucolytic drugs are required for symptomatic relief.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
