How To Treat Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hello,
I few years ago I was diagnosed with Rhuematoid Arthritis. I went into remission and a few months ago I started to flare again. I went to my doctor and had a physical and blood work done. My blood results were RA Factor, 95, Blood Pressure High, Cholesterol 216 and my thyroid 5.93. I am having extreme pain in my hands, knees, feet and neck. I took Claritin D and it took down some of the inflammation. Could all my symptoms be from my thyroid not working? I also had/have aneima. I read that celiec disease could cause these symptoms.? I just am so frustrated because I was feeling so good and I don't know what happened?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Audrey
