respected sir i am suffering from reflux oesophygitis,with gastic ulcers with large duodenal ulcer in d1 area with mild hyatus hernia shown in endoscopy, my sergon given me pantop hp kit for 14 days and after that said pantop dsr for furter 1 and half year is it ok

After reading your post, I would advise that you should continue with the medicines prescribed by your doctor.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.
