How To Treat Redness On The Tip Of The Nose Caused Due To An Injury?

My 8month old fell off the bed and the tip of her noise is red but she cried a lot for a while and then fell asleep I touch it and squeezed it there s no black or blues and she s playing in act her regular old self but where the cartlige is on the tip of her noise it a little red but she lets me touch in she not crying or nothing should I take her to the hospital

as per your history..till now not to worry..
but in my openion have X RAY examination of nose...to see if any damage to nasal bridge..to avoid future nasal deformity..
