How To Treat Red Bumps On Skin That Bleed On Bursting?
I get little red dots, broken capillaries(?) that will suddenly start bulging, and one day burst through my skin and bleed all over. I just noticed quite a few and am wondering if there is a way to treat them before they unexpectedly burst in public?

Hi,
It may be pyogenic granuloma. It is a mass of proliferating capillaries. It should be treated immediately. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Electrocautery of the lesion under local anaesthesia is the best treatment. Cryotherapy and surgical excision are the other options.
