How To Treat Red And Painless Bumps On Buttocks?

Hello, I have small, red to dark red, painless, itchless bumps on my buttocks cheeks. I wake up and they are almost non apparent, but appear much more pronounced after exercise. They have been there for a week. I have had protected sex in the past month but not any for three weeks now. Once again, they do not hurt, itch, bleed, or have puss oozing out. They are just an eyesore. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
