How To Treat Recurring Cough And Cold In A Child?

My 3 yrs old daughter is suffering from v frequent cough and cold with blocked nose. First we have shown her to homoeopathic doc but no relief yet. Also she is having v mild temperature which keeps coming and going. She is not able to sleep at all due to cough..we have just given her relent syrup.. Pl suggest something. Also suggest some other treatment if any thing better.

Cough and cold means it is either throat infection or Lung infection. Most of the times infections will be due to virus which shall subside in few days.

But a recurring infections is mainly due to bacterial infection and for bacterial infection , a proper antibiotic is necessary for complete cure .

I would recommend you to ask your doctor to start an. antibiotic like Azithromycin, . This shall give a better relief and cure her disease.
