Hi..
2 level disc prolapse with radiating pain not relieved by medical management requires surgery.
considering your age and symptoms you should undergo surgery( discectomy +/- posterior stabilization).
The main surgery for the this problem is disc removal ( discectomy) which can done in many ways but when the disc is removed the chance of instability ( slipping of vertebra over another vertebra) and at this level is high hence stabilization of spine is done with rods and screws.
In mean time
take painkiller ( diclofenac 50mg ) twice a day.
Bed rest.
Take pregabalins at night .
Seek a spine orthopeadician/ neurosurgeon opnion.
Avoid lifting weights, squattng, bending.
