How To Treat Raging Fever And Heartburn?

F or the past 8 days i've felt like i have a rageing fever, I sleep in a winter jacket, socks, etc. I havn't been able to leave my house. Yet, when I take my temp it's 95.8. No sore throat, no ear ache, no cold, nothing. I can't eat and I havn't had abowel movement yet this week. Also, heartburn so bad it feel like knives sticking in my chest. I take advil every 4 houirs and I just go from shivering to sweating. Should I go to the emergency room

Yes, you should go to Emergency Room.
The symptoms are suggestive of gram-negative infection... not an easy diagnosis to make and suspect. You need a good clinical examination and investigations.
STOP ADVIL. this is ibuprofen and should not be taken in heartburn at all. Take an antacid Ranitidine or Pantoprazole if you have, soft bland diet.
You also need an upper GI Endoscopy.
