How To Treat Premature Ejaculation?

Hi doc, I have a problem of premature ejaculation. I have been into mastubration act since 6th standard and now I am post graduate. I am married now and could not last more than 20 sec. It was 2 to 3 times a day I was into the act for years, which I regret now. I tried herbal medicine, almond and exercise , however it didn't worked any for me. Please help.
