How To Treat Pin Prick Sensation Below Ankle After A Toe Surgery?

I had toe surgery due to crushing of the toes. My toes, ankle 6 inches of my leg are bound by gauze pads over my cuts and ace bandages. My ankle moves freely, but I have a pin prick sensation just below my ankle on my foot. I plan to call my doctor Monday.

Hello,

I have studied your case history.

You may need to give time for healing of surgical site.
Tab methylcobalamine and tab vit C will help to reduce pricking sensation.

If required you may need to do blood investigation for prognosis and recovery.
Take precaution to avoid spread of infection.
Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of health and normal functioning of the nerve tissue. You can increase B12 level by taking meat and fish, or you can take Inj methylcobalamine.
