Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

For pimples depending on the severity and grade , various oral antibiotics like doxycycline/minocycline are available. In few, with no contraindication , oral isotretinoin is also a preferred treatment.

For topical use, clindamycin gel in the morning and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% in night time is usually advisable.
Avoid hair oil application and oily food in diet.
Do not squeeze and popp up the pimples.

Alternatively , you may go for chemical peeling by an expert dermatologist.
As per details, this is my best advise fr you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
