Hi,I'm 53 and have a couple of white wax like "pimples" that aren't like pimples embedded right at the lip/skin line. I've worked a couple out and hard waxy stuff comes out. In fact, I dug one pretty deeply before it all came out. Unfortunately, I now have a big blue blood vessel in that spot (I know - boneheaded thing to do.) I apply chapstick/carmex stick/beeswax stick constantly. Can that cause these?
