How To Treat Pimples And Flakiness Around Labia?

My vulva started developing pimples and i would break them .now its all cracked and i hav flakiness all around my labia. It looks bad and i dont know how to treat this.it feels itchy when i clean there with my towel and i end up scratching and pulljng these small abscess out .i dont hav any problems in urinating.pls do advice.

Itching the area would aggravate the problem because it can result in the introduction of bacteria into the skin.

Based on your symptoms, it is possible that there is a follicular infection (infection of the follicles ).

You may want to consider : (1) cleaning the area at least twice daily with a topical antiseptic
(2)applying a topical antibiotic
(3)also applying a topical steroid cream to the area to reduce itching
(4)using an oral antihistamine would also further reduce itching as well
