@CYWH Sir there is problem in on my penis i think it is infection of foreskin of my penis so what will be the method for recovery of this or can I do sex in this infection what precautions i have to take or If I don t want to use condom is their have any other precautions that make us safe

It seems there might be having prosthatitis giving this problem.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Avoid sex for about a week as it will delay the healing and again there might be having giving some infection to your partner.
Keep local hygiene proper.
