How To Treat Painful Lumps On Wrist And Armpit?

I have 2 lumps on my body that are thought to be boils, i have one on my wrist and one under my armpit, I'm guessing that i am spreading them from place to place. I have been put on anti-biotics and the boils seem to go down but then after about an hour they come back worse and much more painful. Help!
