Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain pain and formation of hard lump in jaw is common finding after wisdom tooth extraction and you need not to worry about it as it occurs due to Hematoma formation at the site of wisdom tooth extraction due to rupture of small blood vessels...

As the healing will progress the pain will gradually subside as well as the swelling although may take a few days to resolve completely but it will resolve soon..

If it is more than a week and there is severe pain you can just consult your dentist and get checked for Dry Socket in which due to dislodged blood clot there is unhealed, inflamed and painful extraction socket...

If it is not the case and healing is progressive you can relax and take Ketorolac or Tramadol for relieving pain..
Do cold compresses over the swelling..
Follow instructions given to you by your dentist..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
