General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take meds without caffeine as Excedrin have, physiotherapeutic scoliosis-specific exercises can help. Through examination from spine surgeon and orthopedist, you can tell about surgical treatment. Now a days these are available. Symptomatic analgesics can be used (Zostrix 0.025% topical cream can give relief).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
