General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having formation of hematoma at the time of injury and now it is regressed and encapsulated producing small lump.
Nothing to worry, gradually it will be absorbed.
Apply ice pack for few days.
Ok and take care.
