I am having pain with sinus areas though i have no sinus, it is somethng to do with my nerves since one year.
I feel heavinesss and pressure on the side of my nose and now i am getting shooting pains in my left temple and tightness. The shooting pain also moves from one side of the head to another.
I would like to know if you have met your ent doctor and ruled out a sinus infection as your symptoms are very typical of a sinus infection.Another rarer possibility can be of a condition called as trigeminal neuralgia, but this is a difficult condition to diagnose and treat and i would like you to meet your neurologist for confirming this and further guidance
Thanks
