Hello

I would like to know if you have met your ent doctor and ruled out a sinus infection as your symptoms are very typical of a sinus infection.Another rarer possibility can be of a condition called as trigeminal neuralgia, but this is a difficult condition to diagnose and treat and i would like you to meet your neurologist for confirming this and further guidance

Thanks
