How To Treat Pain In Right Lower Rib Caused Due To Change In Sleeping Postures?
I have a pain at my right lower rib cage and think it is due to sleeping funny but the pain seems a bit more than I would think could occurs by sleeping funny. I am also experiencing premenopausal that is giving me morning sickness and several hot flashes that cause me to vomit. I think with all that is going on, I am worrying over things I shouldn t be.
Your rib cage pain is likely to be due to muscular origin here which may be due to muscle stretching during sleeping.
So,it should not be the issue here as it may get subsided by local pain killer gel or spray like volini gel or omni gel with oral pain killer tablets available over the counter.
In case if pain does not subside then you should go for X-ray of the local part to rule out chances of hail line fracture.
Your premenopausal symptoms are needed only symptomatic treatment and proper water and electrolyte balance in the body.
Consult some local physician or your gynaecologist for both of your problem.
