Nephrologist 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.
Looking to ur history,It is necessary to identify the source of back pain. Don't be panic.
CT scan would be ideal to rule out kidney stone and sometime associated vartebral problem.
Kidney infection requires appropriate antibiotic according to urine culture report for specified duration and search for the cause for the kidney infection.
Maintain adequate hydration.
Consult nephrologist for further treatment and evaluation.
I think this would be helpful to u.
Thanking u.
