General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, He could have a hematoma of the testicle due to the injury. I would advise you to get an Ultrasound of the Scrotum done to know whether there is any damage or hematoma of the testicles. If there is any injury it can be repaired but if there is delay then the repair might not be possible. I hops there is no blood in urine or any other problems. Till then he should wear support to prevent the testicles from being suspended or hanging and apply warm compresses for comfort. You can also take anti-inflammatory medication like Tab Ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily or Tab Diclofenac Sodium 50mg twice daily. Take care and let me know if you need any further help on the subject.
