How To Treat Pain And Discomfort Due To Unevenness In Testicle?

hey doctor, im 18 years old male, ok what i have is kinda weird... i am left handed and i dont know does this have to do with it or no... but my right testicle is hanging lower than the left one... and the right one is double the size of the left one... and the bag thats holding them is hanging way down its... and sometimes my left testicle hurts me for like 1-2 seconds and then goes away... what is this?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is nothing to do with left handed thing with the testicle high / low placed.
2.The difference in the level of testis is a normal variation in every individual.
3.It is not a pathology no being evenly. That does not need correction.
4.Only thing concern in your description is pain, which is not suppose to be.
5.Possibily inflammation , a course of antibiotic would help to treat the symptoms, if symptoms persists an ultrasound scan might be needed. Good luck.
