How To Treat Open Ulcers On My Bottom After Hemorrhoidectomy?

I am traveling to Rarotonga - Cook Islands fron Australia this coming sat 24th. Yesterday I realized I have 3 open ulcers on my bottom after hemmorhoidectomy 10 days ago and wanting to' know what precautions / protocol I will need to take for long haul flight and duration of stay?

* I will suggest following for better faster recovery
- use soft cushion for sitting till possible to avoid friction with hard surface
- Sitz bath must 3 times a day as must have advised by your surgeon
- take all medicines which must have antibiotics, anti-inflammatory agents,
stool softners regularly
- use local creams as per given
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs
- avoid smoking / alcohol
