How To Treat Obstructive Pulmonary Disease?

i hv obstructive phulmomnory decese since 20 days facing acute obstruction in respiration specially morning. thin excretion and little cough time to time. if after cough secretion come out then ok otherwise incse no secretion comeout or even partial secrets resultin respirotory problem which resumes in few seconds; pl advise what should i do

In my opinion you are having acute bronchitis.
It is a type of Obstructive airway disease.
I advice you to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Chest x ray
2. PFT ( Pulmonary Function Test ).
This will help in diagnosis as well as to know severity of the disease.
According to severity, you may require antibiotic, antihistamine and inhaled bronchodilators.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
