How To Treat Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Left Foot While Having Stenosis?

Hi I have continuing numbness and tingling in my left foot. I have been diagnosed with stenosis.is this pain permanent. I have continuous tingling and numbness in my lest foot. I am a diabetic with stenosis. Is this condition permanent or will it resolve over time .

Stenosis just means narrowing - you've to specify what stenosis do you have. Most likely it's Lumbar canal stenosis judging by your symptoms.
It might help with physiotherapy.
Also you may benefit with some Vit B12 , Vit B6 and Folic acid supplements along with Pregabalin at night.
If this doesn't come down then visit a neurologist to evaluate the extent of involvement and possible therapy.
