How To Treat Nausea With Abdominal Pain,frequent Urination?
I have been nauseated for over 7 weeks..have a burning in the bottom of both feet, tingling and pain in both legs and a burning inside private parts all the way to just under my breast, Everything i heat causes pain in my abdomen..I have to urninate every 2-3 minutes ( a lot )...was checked 6 days ago at E.R. for bladder infection....they said my urine looked fine..hurting in my pelvic area. I am 65 years old..had a full hysterectomy in 1989. Could this be a pelvic inflamatory infection ? Hospital had no clue why i stay so nauseate and burning started 2 days ago. Going back to E.R. today and without knowing what is causing all these problems have no clue what tests that I ask them to please do. Please can you help me figure this out or give me some ideas ? Pain & tingling sensation, burning urination, burning private parts , burning both feet , all these symptoms may be due to , these includes,
1 Burning feet syndrome , diagnosis can be confirmed by estimation of B12 , as I have noted in my patient that usually these symptoms are due to peripheral neuritis ( main cause of this is deficiency of B 12 ).
2 Tension or anxiety is the another reason of such symptoms . Due to stress or tension such type pf symptoms develop with frequent urination .Consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion regarding this .
3 Diabetes is the another such cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by estimation of sugar level.
However there are so many other reason of such symptoms as thyroid disorder but deal as I mentioned above but first I would like to advise you please consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
