How To Treat My Son For His Stomach Ache And Fever?

My 3 year old has been running a fever of 102 and he complains of stomach ache and headache for over 24 hours. no vomiting or diarreah. He is drinking fluids but will not eat anything but a few crackers. We have been alternating tylenol and motrin every 4 hours.

Get a urine test done. You may need to start an antibiotic.
meanwhile you may give syrup anafortan for stomach ache and ibuprofen for fever if not responding to tylenol
