How To Treat Mouth Opening Difficulty?
Hi! Hope you r doing fine, My husband is hooked on Manikchand, so much so that he has trouble opening his mouth. He can t eat anything spicy or anything that s a little difficult to chew(like apples) The main problem is that only way I can take him to a doctor about it is conking him on the head and dragging him there...is there anything I can do at home to help him fix this? Like fruits or detox. I m super scared for him and he seems to be in denial:(

this is called sabmucus fibrosis and this occurs secondary to tobacco chewing for a long time.
first of all stop taking tobacco.
and then start gargles with warm saline with salt and also with povidone iodine.
how much your husband is able to open mouth ?
how many fingers inserted in mouth?
if severe form then surgery can be done so fast and effective result comes early.
