How To Treat Mild Nervous Problem?

my mother last month suddenly became senseless and after some time her body was found jerking and something like foam came out from her mouth.she was admitted to a private hospital.threre CT scan,EEG,and many other blood test was done.other test except EEG was ok.in EEG report a mild nervous problem was reported.Levipil 500,Oxetol 300 was prescribed two times a day.now i want to know whether this to medicine is appropriate in this case.pls reply
