How To Treat Mild Headache Behind Eye Caused Due To High BP?
My Mom has high blood pressure, with 100 metoprolol and Losartin it runs about 130/90. but she has forgotten to take her meds for one week. her BP tonight is 200/108. She has a headache behind her eye, not severe, just light to moderate pain. We have given her her meds plus 25 extra Metoprolol. Do you think we are okay until tomorrow to recheck, or should I bring her in to ED.Lynn

As your mom have headache due to BP , this headache is disappear once you control BP. Take tab . metacin for acute relief. I suggest you to take nedicine regularly. avoid stress , tension. Be happy . Enjoy life. Do meditation daily in morning, it will help you a lot.
I also tell you check your eye to ophthalmologist.
