How To Treat Migraine?

I am 67 yr.old women In living an my own After my husband died,I thought I could,but a later I was in a w/c.A very bad man duct-tapedto that chair and startedto cut mewith a box cutter.that was OH My mothertalked me into coming here to TN &give her a hand with gettind where she need to go.then she would isolate me. I alsohad a traumatic brain injury which gives me some creepy bad migraines. then a month ago I was unloading a mess of things so I could start packing to move out,when she knockedme on the head,I walked out & called police.Anyway,ihad to go to jail.I m SO alonein this strange state Barb Reisinger

1. Avoid oily and spicy food.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
4. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
5. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
6. Avoid fasting, take your meals timely.
