How To Treat Lump Sticking Out Of Anus?

I have a lump sticking out of my anus but it isn t painful. However, I get a lot of anal discharge that smells very foul and makes my anus itch. I ve had this for several years now because I m too embarrassed to see a doctor here because they re very rude. Can I treat myself at home? I don t care about the lump, just the discharge and itching.

If you want to get rid of it, you should consult a surgeon and get it removed surgically.
