How To Treat Lower Back Pain?
I am having terrible trouble with my lower back. It doesn't hurt all the time but when it does its excruciating. The only way that I can describe it is that it feels like I have and open wound in my back and it feels like there is a red hot poker being driven through it. Please can you help?

You have not described your age....Best treatment for low back ache is regular exercises that strengthen you back muscles...check your calcium levels...for time being you can take t.supanac twice daily after food...
