How To Treat Low BP In Congestive Heart Failure Patients?

Normally I am a high blood pressure Hpertension because of congestive heart failure left side I believe. Just recently checked it was at 50% ejection fracton ration. I actually havn't taken my meds I think for 2 days on accident. This morning I did take them. At work I got really clammy and light headed, Eventually I went to our BP machine and it was 92/58. I feel really weak and walking is difficult, it is hard to put thoughts together, My question is should I wait and see if it balances out or is there something I should do to bring it up some? Or should I be going to the hospital?

hi,
you have ot mentioned the medicines you are on kindly consult you cardiologist to lower the doses of hypertensives, ejection fraction 50% is not that bad .
try lowering the doses of anti hypertensives and taper them to minimum posible doses , weekness is attributed to low blood pressure
take high ssalt diet for next two days. thank you and keep your body hydrated,
go to hospital lower the doses
